Tariq Rabadi, P.E., S.E., is the founder and principal of Rabadi Structural Engineering. He holds both Professional Engineer (P.E.) and Structural Engineer (S.E.) licenses and brings extensive experience in the design and delivery of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments throughout California.
A graduate of UCLA with a Master’s degree in Structural and Earthquake Engineering, Tariq combines strong technical expertise with a practical understanding of construction. His work focuses on developing structural systems that are efficient, buildable, and well coordinated with the broader design team.
Before establishing Rabadi Structural Engineering, Tariq worked at a leading structural engineering firm where he contributed to a wide range of projects and developed a reputation for responsiveness and problem-solving during both design and construction.
Today, Tariq works closely with architects, developers, and contractors to anticipate challenges early and provide clear, practical solutions throughout the life of a project. His approach emphasizes collaboration, constructability, and structural performance, helping project teams maintain design intent while keeping projects efficient and on schedule.
